The space
Philoxenia is a spacious 68 m2 ground-floor house in one of our four villas, all located on a 4-acre estate . It consists of an open-plan dining/living room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a large sofa-bed, a two-seat sofa, fireplace and television. Next to it is a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom.

The architect designed these elegant stone-surfaced structure to blend in harmoniously with the breathtaking scenery and uneven landscape. The house offers coziness that makes you feel at home. There is a yard which is bordered by an oasis of flowers and aromatic plants.
