There are so many places and things to do that are in easy reach of the villa.The local town is less than 5 minutes walk where there is a fantastic bakery; organic supermarket; grocery; butcher; and fresh fishmonger with catch of the day...

There are also a choice of places to have your coffee or freshly squeezed orange juice with home baked pastries; with a couple of tavernas that also do take away menus. A pharmacy; foot spa; dry cleaners; hairdresser; newsagents and of course that all important cake and chocolate shop. There are two cash points one in Tavronitis and the other just on the roadside by another Taverna.

A recent addition is a Latin dance club which also offers Pilates. Hiring a bicycle can be done at Kolymbari where you can simply hire a bike including for children or go with a tour guide. Travel Details from the host -> Our family is very creative including artists; musicians and actors so we love to escape to our hidden retreat. We love the countryside and the stars at night are just simply amazing as is the sun setting whilst sitting in the comfort of the conservatory. To be able to watch nature on our doorstep with visitors of wild deer; pheasants and hear the call of the curlew is part of the magic of this place. Walking down into the conservation park along the stream whether in spring summer or winter the wildlife and species of plants is a never ending delight. We love to stay in a watch movies with a takeaway from either our local Indian or Chinese or Fish and Chips... and we have also been known to have our own barbecue in the snow with a good bottle or two of red wine. We are widely travelled family and I have lived in over 36 houses across the globe but this one has my heart and my family all come here with friends to rest and unwind and be creative together!
