L'appartement est spacieux, au premier étage, avec deux chambres (dont une occupée par ma colocataire), un grand salon, une cuisine équipée, une salle de bain et un WC séparé.

L'emplacement est top, à deux pas du canal Saint-Martin. Le quartier est rempli de bars, restaurants et magasins à ne plus savoir qu'en faire !
A proximité des stations Jacques Bonsergent (Ligne 5), Gare de l'Est (Ligne 4, 5, 7) et République (Ligne 3, 5, 8, 9, 11)
