I'm pleased to welcome you in my small but cosy apartment in the 10th arrondissement of Paris.

It's 14 square meters, completely furnished (since I usually leave there) and well organized.

• 2min walk from Louis Blanc metro station (Line 7 and 7bis)
• 3min walk from Jaures metro station (Line 2 and 5)
• 3min walk from Canal Saint Martin
• 15min from the center of Paris (Châtelet, Opéra etc.)

Important to note : It's on the 5th floor and there's no elevator (which is very common in Paris)

• A cute and cosy maid's room, completely remade
• ️1 sofa bed really easilly convert into a double bed
• 1 desk convertible into a 4 seater dining table + 4 office chair
• 1 operational radiator
• 1 microwave + oven, fridge, cooking stove, toaster, espresso machine
• 1 towel drying heater, shower, WC (saniflo)
