Hello ! Welcome home to my charming parisian 1 bedroom apartment located in the trendy neighborhood of Canal St Martin. The location is very convenient, there are many restaurants, bars and shops around. The apartment is very nice, and quiet. It is a first floor (no elevator) with many windows so there is some light. It is fully equiped and has been completely renovated 4 months ago.

The space
The apartment is 40 square meters with one bedroom and is fully equiped. There is a bathtub and a washing machine. I live there most of the time and since I study philosophy there are a lot of books all around. I hope you like reading :-)

Other things to note
Some of my personal stuff will remain in the apartment, so please be extra cautious and respectful with it.

Neighborbood Overview:

Very nice and lively, with many restaurants, shops, and really close to Canal St Martin. There is a supermarket right across the street, and a pizzeria, a bakery and a vegan restaurant near by. The neighborhood is a nice mix between Berlin and Williamsburg. Belleville is not far away, and you can reach Le Marais and the historical center in 20 minutes by walking. If you take the metro at République, you'll be there in only 3 stops.
