Our home is located in Kalavarda village, a small coastal holiday village of 500 habitants. It is 30 km from the town of Rhodes and 15 km from the airport.
Our home is composed of 2 separated appartements with separate endrance. It has a marvellous view and is located on a hill with a view to the village and the sea.

The seaside is 10 minutes walking from the house. If you are a kite lover you can find an organised base for this sport. In the village you can find many restaurants, a small minimarket and a cafe-bar. Tourists choose our village for its tranquility, nature and the combination of the sea and mountain walking. There are many interesting walks around Kalavarda and the nearby villages for the lovers of hiking.

We live in a quite neighboorhood, detached from the village but very close to it. you can get to the village square in 5 minutes and it is 10 minutes walking to the beach. In our area there are only two houses. At night, when you enjoy your drink on the balcony the only faded sounds you can only here is from the children playing in the square,the dogs barking and in totally qoiteness, you can sometimes hear the engines of the ships travelling when you daze their ligths from the distance.
