our flat is on the 4th floor of a classical viennese building from ca. 1900. you overlook the surrounding buildings and have a wide view including the spittelau tower and kahlenberg – it is flooded with light. the area is a very lively with one of the last traditional markets and the augarten park. there is a fast and direct connection to the city center. Generally our flat has a cosy feeling because of the high ceilings of the viennese altbau combined with a simple interior and nice plants.

– the kitchen/living room
a room with lots of light. it has a table with 6 chairs and an open kitchen, which is ideal to make breakfast together and/ or cook while having a conversation. the room has a stereo. we like to work in this room, as it is bright and ideal to concentrate in :)

– the bedroom
