Our cave house is about 300 years old. It used to be the family house of my grandparents till 1956. Since then and for many years our lovely donkey was the only resident! The Grey Donkey Cave House was totally renovated last year keeping the original traditional cave shape and form. Located in the center of Fira (capital of the island), just 5-7 minutes walk from the breathtaking Caldera view, it is uniquely positioned to enjoy a quite sleep, to go out or just walk to Caldera to see the sunset.

Gray Donkey Cave House will offer you a unique experience of how a real cave house is, which is the very traditional kind of Santorinian residence. The layout remained as it was and consists of a living room with kitchen corner, toilet and two wonderful bedrooms. It is located 5 minutes away from city center, all transportation and especially the unique caldera of the island. In addition, in 200m distance, you can use a free parking for your vehicle.
