My place is available for couples, singles or business people.

It has a fully equiped kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom with shower/bath, a room to work or relax, and one spacious bedroom with a king size bed, where you can also set up an extra bed. Wifi and a washing machine are aso available. I have a lovely sunny roof terrace where you can have breakfast in the morning or just relax.

Smoking is not allowed inside but you can smoke on my terrace.

I have a lovely cat, Snuggels, who is very friendly and independent. He can come in as he like through the cat door. Food is available for him. You just need to feed him in the morning and in the evening. :-)

I live in a upcomming trendy neighbourhood near Krüger square, a green parc just around the corner of my house. You find bars, restaurants and a biological store around the corner or on walking distance. Public transport to the central station and the city center is very near.

The lovely café "Bar Leon" on The Kruger square has a large and sunny terrace looking over the square and they serve very good wine:-) On sundays they also have an excellent lunch !
