My bright and cozy house is located in Sint Amandsberg, a 20 minute walk from the Dampoort station and a 10 minute bike ride into town (free bikes available).

This is my home, so the kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials (and more). The house has a park right behind it, the huge trees can be seen from the kitchen window. It has been lovingly renovated over the last 3 years and has all necessary comforts.

The space
The house is on 3 floors, the top two of which are available to you. The other floor is a separate apartment that is occupied by the owners. You will share an entrance, but otherwise the space is private. On the first floor there is the living room and fully equipped kitchen. As this is also my house where I sometimes live, the kitchen is fully stocked and you are welcome to use what's there. On the third floor, is the bedroom with large double bed and a bathroom.

There is a great bakery- De Brood Hemel- just around the corner, a chemist over the road, a night shop on the corner, an ATM machine 50 metres from the door. There are also 2 supermarkets (open on Sunday) walking distance away from the house. As well as the lovely Potuit park that is right behind the house, there are lots of parks and green spaces in the area. There are a number of restaurants close by: the highly recommended Boris & Maurice, Alphonsius and De Pastinaak - both good for traditional Belgian food.
