The guest house includes 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchenette, and a separate WC where the washing machine is placed. Air-con in the bedroom. There is a spacious pergola-covered terrace including a dining area, a BBQ, a daybed, and a hammock. The bungalow and its terrace is completely private (not visible to the estate’s other residents).

Our property is located between the village of Sternes and the beaches of Marathi and Loutraki, south on the Akrotiri peninsula. The neighborhood and surroundings are quiet and peaceful, and consist mainly of larger residential properties and agricultural land.

Located on the Akrotiri peninsula of Chania, on the outskirts of the village of Sternes. The lovely beaches of Loutraki and Marathi are only a short drive away, as is the quaint village of Sternes.

Preferred guests are couples wishing to enjoy peace and quiet, respectful of the estate’s owners’ proximity. Maximum occupancy is 2, with the possibility for a cot for child up to the age of 2. Music/noise generated from the guests or equipment that they are using in and around the bungalow should be kept to a respectable level in consideration of the owners and must be reduced to a minimum after 10 pm.
