The space
"Maria" is a private small studio of 30sq.m., part of LOTOS BEACH HOME operating under the umbrella of LOTOS Properties group.

It has all the amenities to ensure you a comfort stay. This studio includes one big bamboo sofa with its own bamboo coffee table, two cozy armchairs, one double bed, a bathroom with shower & toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with all the electronic facilities necessary for your convenience.

The apartment is fully private. There is a private entrance and a large private veranda where guests can enjoy the view. The apartment is bright, airy, and its ideal for a family or friends who seek an alternative choice close to the beach – just 150meters away.

The house is consisted of three floors. In the main floor there are two private apartments ("Hector" & "Iris") for rent that share a spacious veranda (40sq.m).
