It is a complex of four Villas , which have been built in 2004 and 2006 as luxury holiday homes right above the village of Gerani near Rethymnon. They are located on a slope above the village and enjoy particularly beautiful views of the small bay of Gerani, and the Aegean Sea.
The large property is framed by walls of natural stone, and the gardens of the four villas are separated by natural stone walls as well.

Each villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each of them can accommodate up to 6 persons.

On the Ground Floor there is:

a living room with suite, satellite color TV and open fireplace
a dining area with an integrated open-plan kitchen
a bedroom with a double bed and balcony
a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine
a storage room

On the Top Floor there is:

a second bedroom with a double bed and balcony
