iodes maisonette 65sqm area is a part of Aegean Colors complex. It's situated 200m from the "Ammos" beach with a view of the sea, the port and the traditional village. The house is newly built, constructed with respect for Aegean architecture and climatic conditions, and furnished with special equipment.

It consists of two levels which are connected by interior wooden staircase and can accommodates up to 5 people.

The house was first used in the summer of 2016 and is equipped in order to cover most needs of visitors.

Travel Details from the host -> I am an Environmental Engineer with MBA, postgraduate studies in bioclimatic architecture and I live in Athens. While travelling in Greece, I discoved this amazing small island, where I finally decided with my family to construct and operate Aegean Colors Koufonisia Houses. Based on my studies, I constructed with my father and decorated the houses with respect for Aegean architecture and climatic conditions.
