I am renting a room in my 2 story artist appartment in the 16th district of Vienna. The room has two big windows, air-conditioning, and a comfy pullout couch for 1-2 people (140cm wide), surrounded by paintings and plants, this room is the perfect spot for any tourist. Close by to the turkish market with lots of restaurants and cafes+ just a 15min tram ride to the city center. Transportation includes tramways 46, 48A, 9, 2, 2 stops from U3 Ottakring+3 stops from U6 thalistraße.

Kitchen and terasse may be used, living room may also be used when i am not home/using it. the appartment is quite big, and on 2 stories. Mutual respect is very important to me.
