Hello and welcome to our beautiful new house! The whole house is made of old traditional stone.
Situated 12km away from Rethymno city, in Stavromenos location (is between Rethymno and Heraklion)very close to the main road. Also,it's very close to sea-only 5 min. with car. Easy access to bus station, supermarkets, pharmacy and local taverns.

Other things to note
All major resorts and beaches are about 5-10 minutes walk from the location of the house.
Our brand-new traditional & fully equipped house is ready to welcome you! Our spacious apartment (approx. 60 square meters) consists of one double bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, cooking utensils, electric appliances), living & dinning room with a dinning table for 4 persons. The living room has a big sofa which is converted to a double bed. The living room is equipped with LCD TV, books, etc. there is an excellent wifi connection which can be used to the whole house.
