The space
Gouves Sea View Villa is divided in three levels, all decorated with unique details and features. An open plan living room with a corner sofa, a gas fireplace and great sea views, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area are offered on the ground floor. A guest bedroom with a sofa-bed and an extra small bed for children are available on the same floor.

A master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with bunk beds are provided on the first floor as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, a WC and a spacious sea view furnished terrace. The lower level of the villa features a private gym area and a playroom area for carefree time. Guests can also find one more bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub on this level.

Within a few minutes walking distance from the Villa a traditional cafe is provided while many taverns are also available in Kato Gouves. The Cretaquarium is found about 3,5 km away from the villa and the Minoan Palace of Knossos is about 25 km west. Heraklion city with many shops and nightlife also lies about 18 km away from the villa. Kato Gouves is a well-known small town with a selection of facilities, taverns, cafes, bars and shops. Many organized sandy beaches can be found in the area nearby. A lovely playground can be found at only 350 meters walk away, which our guests can use free of charge.

Travel Details from the host -> We are twin brothers living in Chania, Crete for the last 10 years and we own the local travel agency TheHotel gr providing travel services (accommodation, car rental, transfers, excursions, trips with small yachts, a private chef, wedding organization). Emmanuel is the founder of TheHotel gr by 2005, while Yannis has joined the firm two years later.
