It is close to Chania’s famous beaches and nested at the cliffs of a hill, offering breathtaking views of the coastline, the green countryside at the east and the White Mountains at the south.
There is a mini market-small restaurant nearby at the village, within 10 min walk
Within 10 minutes’ drive you can also find local shops, supermarkets, bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, traditional tavernas, bars, etc.
Delivery of meals, groceries, coffee, etc to the villa can be arranged.

I am Stella, and my family and I will be happy to accommodate you in "Iro Apartments" and "Iro Boutique Homes"- Chania town I was born in Chania and I have been living here for (almost) my whole life. I love my city and consider it unique… but that’s something for you to discover! What appeals to me when traveling to other places is getting in touch with the natives, tasting the local cuisine, exploring the landscapes, and unveiling the true characteristics away from the massive tourism destinations…! My family runs a small unit of (six in total) studios and apartments, "Iro Apartments" in Nea Hora, Chania, a quiet area very close to the sandy beach and within 15 minutes’ walk from the center and the old town of Chania. A couple of years ago, we completely renovated an old "kafeneion" ie a coffee shop of the old times, in the same neighborhood, and we transformed it into 2 Boutique Homes which offer high quality, spacious accommodation with all modern amenities. The Iro Boutique Homes-Chania are now added in Airbnb! Here, you will enjoy comfort and cleanliness as well as personalized care, warmth and hospitality. We make every effort to ensure that our guests have a very pleasant holiday!
