The appartment his super cosy and filled with natural light.
It is cool in summer due to the trees in front.
The appartment is not big but super funcional.
If you stay with four people/two couples you could close a door to give each other privacy.
I can't really list any downsides to this ideal location.
Because that is really the eyecatcher here, nature and silence.
