Das Urban Souterrain ist die meiste Zeit ein Yogastudio. Zu Weihnachten, Ostern und im Sommer wird es umgewandelt in diese Souterrain Wohnung, welche absolut ideal für eine Städtebesuch in Wien ist!
Denn das Urban Soutterain ist super zentral gelegen: zu Fuß ist man in ca 15 Minuten beim Stephansdom!

The space
Im Winter mit Holzofen und Bodenheizung immer kuschelig warm: Im Sommer bleibt es durch seine beschütze Lage trotz Hitze in der Stadt immer angenehm kühl.

Der Preis ist für 2 Personen, für jede weitere Person werden 20,-/ Nacht mehr verrechnet! Es können maximal 4 Personen im Urban Souterrain nächtigen! Wie und wo die Bettern aufgestellt werden sollen, können die Gäste mir im vorhinein gerne bekanntgeben. Es gibt ein Doppelbett (160 breit) und 2 Einzelbetten ... Normalerweise ist die Verteilung wie auf den Fotos angezeigt (Doppelbett im kleineren Raum und EInzelbetten im Loftraum), sollte es anders gewünscht sein, geht das auch! :-)

Wiens berühmter Naschmarkt ist in 2 minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Hier kann man wunderbar essen und einfach das bunte und internationale Treiben beobachten! Samstags gibt es den bekannten Naschmarkt Flohmarkt!

Travel Details from the host -> I lived in Playa del Carmen for almost 10 years, loving every minute of it. I originally built Casa Dos Angeles as my home and lived there for years with my (now former) partner Henry and later also with our first son. Casita ANAIKA on the ground floor has always been a rental unit. Both apartments are recently renovated. For personal reasons I decided to move back to Europe 2010 and now live in Vienna, Austria with our two children. Of course we still visit Playa as often as possible! Henry now manages the vacation rentals and will personally welcome you into our former family home! We hope you enjoy your stay at our apartments - and in this magical part of the world - as much as we do!
