A spacious, bright, renovated apartment 110 square meters, with balconies all around, in a very quiet neighborhood 2 km from the center of Chania. It is located on the first floor of a two-storey house (my mother lives ground floor and my sister at the second floor) on a small side-by-side with a lot of silence.

The space
The house has been recently renovated with new electrical and plumming installations, new kitchens and sanitary ware. It also has new electrical appliances such as a kitchen, fridge, washing machine, beds, sofas, etc. There are 2 air conditions, one in each bedroom. It is very beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious to enjoy your vacation.

In the neighborhood there is a very near mini market, which makes a very nice espresso, and a bakery for fresh bread.
Just one kilometer away is the Eleftherios Venizelos House. You can visit-by car- the Venizelos Tombs, the Technical University of Crete, Agia Kyriaki and its beautiful harbor, as well as the wonderful beaches of Tersanas, Kalathas and Stavros.
