The apartment with balcons is located on the 1st floor from a small residence calms with private carpark and offer the possibility to be 20' from center of Bordeaux ( Tram less than 10' ), 15' from railway station ( Bus n°10 just in front of the residence ) and 50' from Arcachon basin.
Entirely equipped ( integrated kitchen, with traditionnal oven, micro save and lava linen, TV, numericable, wifi ) it can accomodate four people ( clic-clac and XXL bed ). Clean and maintained well, the parquet flooring and large double glazing bays bring light and heat. Hairdryer, clotho and towels will be at your disposal as well as drawers of storage and closet in the dressing room.
