Vous disposerez d'un espace de 100m2 pour 4 personnes, située à Pessac centre, dans un quartier calme. La maison est proche de toutes les commodités et des transports en commun.
Location à la semaine du samedi au samedi ou du dimanche au dimanche, selon les dates disponibles.

Au RDC : 1 chambre avec 1 lit queen size ; 1 chambre avec 1 lit double+espace de travail ; 1 salle d’eau avec douche à l’italienne ; cuisine toute équipée (cafetière, four, micro-onde, lave vaisselle, coin repas...) ; salon avec TV écran plat et système audio ; salle à manger ; cellier avec machine à laver ; WC indépendant; coin bureau/bibliothèque+espace de travail.
A l’étage : SDB avec baignoire et WC.
Possibilité de mettre à disposition un lit parapluie sur demande.
