The building is on the quays of the Saone river. You can walk along the pedestrian quays of the river ( part of the Unesco world Heritage) , and admire the landscape of hills that combine greenery in the heart of Lyon and old buildings.

Just opposite, in 3 minutes walk via the Saint Vincent pedonal bridge, you reach the peninsula - hyper center of the city - and all its shops.

Place des Terreaux where is the Museum of Fine Arts and the Municipality, is at 7 minutes walk.

4 bus lines serve the apartment, and you are 10 minutes by bus from the train station Perrache and 15 minutes from train station Part Dieu.
