Pendant mes vacances, je sous loue ma chambre du 24 juillet au 29 août (flexibilité possible sur les dates à quelques jours près).

ADRESSE : boulevard du Président Franklin Roosevelt (proche place Nansouty / 5 min à pied du tramway Barrière St Genès / 15 min du centre ville / commerces à côté)

PARKING : gratuit sur les boulevards tout autour de la maison

CHAMBRE : très spacieuse et lumineuse, lit 160 pour votre plus grand confort, balcon

LA MAISON :
- du charme, de l’espace, deux belles pièces à vivre : une cuisine toute équipée (2 frigos, lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, micro-ondes…) + grand salon
- jardin / barbeuc

COLOCS :
- vous partagerez la maison avec 4 autres colocs : Axel 28 ans, Julie 25 ans, Alex 30 ans et Fanny 25 ans -> ils sont gentils, fun et accueillants :) et tout le monde ne sera pas là en même temps car en vacances aussi
