Je propose une chambre dans un appartement en duplex avec vue sur la Garonne.

Idéalement situé dans le quartier des Chartrons, arrêt de tramway Chartrons (ligne B à 3mins à pieds).

L’appartement donnant sur les quais, il ne faut pas être sensible aux bruits (qui sont néanmoins correctes).

Pratique pour un pied à terre bien situé à Bordeaux pour le travail, visiter la ville où rendre visite à des proches.

NB: je possède un fidèle compagnon mon chat Miu alias la Glue.
