A very quiet and comfortable 50m2 flat by the canal and parks - 15 min from Gare du Nord by Metro, 20 min on foot - in a modern building (lifts, garden, caretaker in the mornings). Plenty of room for 2 people, with everything you need in a fully equipped apartment.

Colourful, with our own mix & match furniture (plus some family treasures), and fully equipped. Warm and cosy in winter, perfect for sunny breakfasts on the terrace.

You get a very comfortable 160x200cm bed, and plenty of storage if you need it (we have two wardrobes, only one really in use). All sheets and duvet provided.
Living Room
Big "L-shaped" sofa (great for quick naps), a dinner table with four chairs. Quite a few books for you to have a read if you like. Comfortable indirect lighting and some plants. A small desk, and two beautiful (and delicate) armchairs.

Neighborbood Overview:

With the canal just outside, you'll have plenty to do without going too far, plus Paris Plage in the summer (with a free swimming pool in July and August since last year). For beers and laughs head to Paname Brewery up the canal, Chez Mezig (next door) will serve a good wine and French/North African meal at a decent price; and Le Rendez-vous de La Marine (booking required, behind the MK2 cinema) will satisfy most French food lovers.
Two cinemas 7 and 9 minutes away, two supermarkets on avenue Jean Jaures, and easy access to the Buttes Chaumont park (10 minutes), one of the only parks in Paris where you can actually sit on the grass!
