Our 4 bedroom-appartment (95 square meters) is a duplex located in the heart of the Batignolles parisian village: it has a view on a courtyard and particularly suits families looking for a quiet place.
It is ideal for 6 people but it is possible for 8 travellers to stay in our apartment .
Our flat is close to many stores, markets, bars and restaurants, and also 2 parks: the lovely Batignolles square and the big Martin Luther King park with a lot of play areas for children.

The apartment overlooks a very quiet courtyard.
It is a duplex so it's organized on two floors :
On the second floor of the building : the entrance , toilets and a bathroom,. Also the double room that has a double bed, and a closet where you will be left with space, the living room and a study area.
