We'd be delighted to have people enjoying our nice apartment only a few minutes away from the center of Bordeaux (10-15min by car, 15-20min with the tram). When we're away it's yours ! It's shiny and comfy, with a nice mezzanine and a balcony.

The space
We love our apartment, we were so happy to find it. It is not far from 50m square, with a nice living room where the ceiling is high because there is a mezzanine. We use the mezzanine as a place to chill and study with a desk, a bookcase and there is also a one person's bed and a TV here. We have a quiet large balcony with a small table and chairs to eat in the sun, and our 2 persons bed in the bedroom is very comfortable (important to rest well when you're sporty like me!). The kitchen is small but little bonus, we have a bathtub (not it he kitchen of course.. did I say that ?)
