C'est T1bis de 45m2 (33m2 surface + 12m2 mezzanine). Il y a une cuisine, une salle de bain, un salon, un coin de bureaux, un mezzanine (que pour moi, non partage)

L'appartement est situé entre Saint Michel et La Grosse Cloche. Les transports en commun (tram A/B/C/D) sont accessibles à environ 7 minutes à pied

La mezzanine est reserve pour moi. De temps en temps je travaille au coin de bureaux aussi. Vous avez le canape. On partage le salon, la cuisine et la salle de bain
