My appart is a two-minute's walk away from the Saxe-Gambetta metro station: 10 mins to Part-Dieu train station (+shuttle to airport). All central locations easily accessible (10-15 mins by foot)
The area is pleasant, with bars, restaurants, food shops.

My flat is very quiet, situated in a beautiful courtyard with colours and flowers (table outside). It can accommodate up to 4 people (more comfy for 2/3 people or a family). Not for you if you're allergic to cats though.

My apartment was renovated three years ago in a modern, industrial style. It has a very high ceiling with old-style beams showing.

It's a very nice area to go out at night, many bars, cafés and restaurants. All kinds of food, from traditional to more exotic.
