Large room in a large family room - space for 2 guests. Wifi, private bathroom, shared kitchen and garden/terrace space; shared living room and veranda. Free parking. No smoking inside, outside is fine. Quiet after 10pm; no parties (but you’re welcome to join us if we have friends over!) we speak English, French, Spanish and German fluently. We have a dog and two cats who mostly stay outside.

Close to public transport - 200m from
Bus, 700m to Tram A (then 20 minutes to centre). Close to carrefour, Lidl, shops, restaurants. Private bedroom and bathroom, all other spaces shared.

Other things to note
