Au RDC il y a un séjour avec canapé, une TV Connectée, table à manger. Une cuisine ouverte toute équipée, ainsi qu’un accès à une petite cour intérieure ( permettant de garer son vélo).
A l’étage se trouve une chambre avec un lit 2 places et une commode . Une salle de bain avec baignoire et toilettes séparés.

La localisation est idéale. Cet appartement est situé au cœur du centre ville de Bordeaux, dans un quartier historique et essentiellement piéton. Bars, restaurants, petits commerces, centres d’interêt sont accessible en quelques minutes.
