I m 34 years old and live alone with my 9 months calm & happy baby.
The house is well located, near the tram stop "Jean Zay" close to a lot of shops. I have a big garden, and a lot of space to park any cars for free outside.

I have 1 floor, with 3 bedrooms upstairs. One is to be rented. We use the other 2. It s not a huge room but the host will have access to the entire house. There are 2 bathrooms, one big upstairs that we use, one small downstairs that I rarely use.

The vibe must be calm.
