Je précise que la résidence se trouve juste à côté de la boîte de nuit la plage et derrière la gare. Fenêtre fermée, aucun bruit n’est perçu, donc pas d’inquiétude.

L’appartement est à 200m à pied de la gare saint Jean, à côté de la plus grande boîte de nuit de Bordeaux.
C’est une belle résidence toute neuve, livrée il y a un an. L’appartement se trouve au 6ème étage. Belle vue de bordeaux depuis la fenêtre.
