85m2 in the heart of the first district of lyon, in a famous neighboorhood called "les pentes de la croix rousse". 30 meters to "la place des terreaux" (fête des lumières) , 200 meters to the opera, 5 minutes on foot to the old town : " vieux-lyon", "saint-jean"... Métros, bars, restaurants, shopping, museums, walkings. It's not a quiet place because all is around you ! The house is gay friendly. i'm often in other towns for work but i'm born in lyon so if you have a question be my guest !

The space
private room (we need to have access sometimes for some equipments for work and books which are in this area but always with your consentment, don't worry, it's your room and your stuff are very secure). pictures are from when we arrived in the appartment. now there more rock decoration and stuff. rock posters, drawings and stuffs (i'm a tattoo artist like i said) :)

important : after several thefts bath towels are no more supplied.
