The room is in the apartment where my son lives. It is 25 m² big and has "half-second level" with additional 10 m². On the first level there is a very large bed, chest of drawers and a cozy corner with a couch. The second level consists of a working place and a bed plus separately one more bed 120cm.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor plus parterre and mezzanine (4th floor), without elevator.

The space
130 years old building. The Rooms in the apartment are 3.30 m high with original stucco. I would call the furnishing as a whole - "harmony of contrasts".
Your privite room ist very spacious and many-sided. There is a wide bed there, relax couch, chest of drawers and other different boxes - a lot of space for yor stuff. The "half-2nd floor" is divided by a wall in 2 areas - working/bed space and space with 120 cm wide bad. The bad there is 120 cm wide. So the room will be suitable for 4 adults, or 3 adults plus 2 young children.
