Appartment with it's own garden - very quiet - very central - bus and tram in front of the house - underground 10 min walk! Next to Belvedere and Stadtpark! And just 15 min to the city center! Very nice, quiet and save neighbourhood where most embassies are located! Supermarcet around the corner! Pharmacy across the street and local stores to explore around!

The space
The appartment is very central but though very quiet! Kitchen is small but functional, bath with bathtub, cosy livingroom with large TV - international channels, wifi all over the place!

You have access to all rooms except my bedroom - feel yourself at home!!!

Other things to note
From the Vienna Airport u get to my appartment either by the CAT to Wien Mitte and then u can take tram 0 directly to the corner of my house - or u take the S-Bahn to Rennweg and walk from there or take one stop with tram 0 - aswell just around the corner from my h Vienna, Austria Living very nice and central! The third district is rather quiet - but there are very nice places to go out to eat or have some coffee. There are a lot of parks in the neighborhood - very interested the one - Arenbergpark with some bomb-shelters left over from worldwar II - and the city centre is about 15 minutes walk from my house! There is also a market place in about 10 min walk where u can have very fresh fruit and vegetables and local products from austrian farmers!
