Our neihgbourhood, is peacefull and quiet with familly houses and boutique hotels.
You definatelly may take a walk along the beach of < Glaros> and be impressed by the sunrise and the sunset or visit the country church at cape of Agioi Apostoloi at the west side of the beach. The view there is remarkable!!!
Don't forget to make a Wish !!!
And for those of you who want to be always in shape, visit the green park, also situated at Agioi Apostoloi, and play beach-volleyball, football, exercise with gym equipment, free use, or walk among the trees of the park. Children may amuse themselves at the playground or have fun by building sand castles and lands of their imagination!!

Travel Details from the host -> Ζω και εργάζομαι στην Αθήνα. Είμαι παντρεμένη και με τον σύζυγό μου (Μάνο), έχουμε 4 παιδιά ηλικίας 9-18 ετών. Τα Χανιά είναι ο παράδεισός μου και οι διακοπές στο Κάτω Δαράτσο ήταν πάντα για εμένα, το σταθερό, ραντεβού κάθε καλοκαιριού, για 40 περίπου χρόνια, από τότε που γεννήθηκα έως σήμερα. Τώρα πια, που έχω την δική μου οικογένεια, κάθε χρόνο, ερχόμαστε με τον σύζυγό μου και τα παιδιά μας για όσες περισσότερες μέρες μπορούμε. Η παράδοση αυτή περνάει από την μια γενιά στην επόμενη... τα αγόρια μας λατρεύουν τις διακοπές στην παραλία του Γλάρου, διασκεδάζουν ατελείωτες ώρες στην αμμουδιά και ξεχνούν να βγουν από την θάλασσα... Εμείς, ξεκουραζόμαστε και χαλαρώνουμε κάτω από τον απέραντο γαλανό ουρανό της Κρήτης, απολαμβάνουμε το ηλιοβασίλεμα κάθε απόγευμα και φυσικά γευόμαστε τις τοπικές λιχουδιές που η κρητική παραδοσιακή κουζίνα προσφέρει. Το σπίτι αυτό έχει μεγάλη ιστορία και θέλω να την μοιραστώ μαζί σας. Εδώ, στο σημείο, όπου δημιουργήθηκε η Αλισάχνη, ήταν χτισμένο το οικογενειακό μας εξοχικό, Εδώ έζησαν 4 ολόκληρες γενιές!!! Οι παππούδες μου, οι γονείς μου, εμείς και τώρα τα παιδιά μας. Εδώ περνούσαμε αξέχαστες διακοπές και αυτό θέλουμε να το μοιραστούμε μαζί σας!!! Το σπίτι αυτό επισκευάστηκε από την αρχή, αναγεννήθηκε και είναι έτοιμο να σας καλωσορίσει!!!... Ελάτε στον τόπο μας και η Αλισάχνη , είμαι σίγουρη, οτι θα γίνει και το δικό σας σημείο αναφοράς, τουλάχιστον μια φορά τον χρόνο!!!!
