Our apt is calm, big, full of light, located on the top floor, air conditioned, with a very nice terrasse and located in the awesome "bassins a flots" neighborhood.

Only a very short bike ride along the river to the center of Bordeaux (10/15 minutes), unless you prefer to walk or to take the tram, or even the boat on the river for the price of a city bus ticket (1.70 euro)
Warning: its is absolutely not suitable for parties or events.

The space
Brand new, big, full of light, on the top floor, great view on the "cité du vin" from the bedrooms and our terrace. Huge kitchen. AC. Very quiet building.
There is a double bed in each room, plus a folding bed for two in the living room.

Other things to note
Please be considerate to the neighbours, especially on the terrace. They have small children and delicate ears.
