So, for the last 30 years (apart from some short breaks) I have been visiting Chania on an annual basis. It was obvious that someday I would fulfill my dream of buying a property of my own. The house has been ready to accomodate people for 2 years now and I am glad to offer you a house where you can walk to the beach during the day, take a rest in the afternoon on the shady balconies and have a cocktail in the evening on the roof terrace gazing the sea and mountain views. Ich war sofort verliebt in dieses, damals noch sehr ursprüngliche und naturbelassene, Land mit seinen Kulturschätzen und Traditionen, so dass ich, mit kleinen Unterbrechungen, seit über 30 Jahren hier her reise. Es lag auf der Hand, dass ich mir hier irgendwann meinen Traum von einer eigenen Immobilie erfüllen werde. Darüber bin ich sehr glücklich. In Kleinarbeit ist das Haus nun seit 2 Jahren endgültig fertig gestellt und ich freue mich, Ihnen ein Haus anbieten zu können, wo Sie tagsüber fußläufig zum Strand spazieren, am Nachmittag unter den zahleichen Schattenplätzen eine Ruhepause einnehmen und am Abend auf der Dachterrasse den weiten Meer- und Bergblick genießen können.
