I promise the church in front of the house is not loud, but there are very sweet fleamarkets, flower markets or food markets on weekends. You will also find tons of Pho Houses (I guess there are around 4 in 2 minutes walking distance) in my area, there is also a great indian and japanese place. In 10 minutes walking distance there is one of the main shopping Streets of Vienna (Mariahilfer Straße) and the Naschmarkt is also just around 10 minutes away.
