Nice room in a new apt (June 2017), big, full of light, with a great terrace, located on the top floor of a brand new building, next to the landmark cité du vin, among other landmarks. A 10 minutes' bike ride away from the center of Bordeaux, unless you prefer the tram, or even the boat on the river (for the price of an inner city bus ticket)

The space
It is on the top floor of a brand new building. It is very big, quiet, it has a large terrace (17 m2) and great views. The neighbours have also just arrived and the atmosphere is very friendly in the building.

I can rent two rooms if necessary.

A 10 minute tram ride from the city center, it already possesses many of Bordeaux's landmarks like the "garage moderne", the "I boat", the "Base Sous Marine" (a huge submarine haven built by the Nazis and now used as an exhibition center), the "Vivres de l'Art" and the "Cité du Vin" among others...
