My brand new apt (June 2017) is big, full of light, with a great terrace and is located on the top floor of a brand new building, next to the landmark cité du vin (among other landmarks). we are a 10 minute bike ride away from the center of Bordeaux, unless you prefer the tram, or even the boat on the river! (for the price of an inner city bus ticket)

The space
It is on the top floor of a brand new building. It is very big, quiet, it has a large terrace (17 m2) and great views. The neighbours have also just arrived and the atmosphere is very friendly in the building.

I can rent two rooms if necessary.
