This small bungalow of 13 m 2 overlooks our garden and has an independent entrance since we have 2 entrances at the house (one is for you). It is perfect to relax "like in the countryside" while being in Bordeaux and next to some shops and restaurants.

The space
Equipped with a bathroom and a little kitchen, our room is located 200 m from the bus stop 4 which takes you downtown in 10 minutes. (Bus for the train station Bordeaux St-Jean at 500 m and Pellegrin's Hospital 15 minutes walk).We ask our guest to respect the tranquility of our neighborhood and want to clarify that we have animals (They are absolutely quite but you may meet them in the garden sometimes).

The kitchen is an extra kitchen that allows you especially to store some products in the fridge to warm them in the microwave. A small hob allow you to do some simple meals. The " barrière de Pessac" is a nice area to live because you will find some shops but the area is still quite. The bus to go downtown is around the corner of our street. Another bus brings you directly to Bordeaux Saint-Jean train station. If necessary, we are also 10 minutes walk from two tram lines but the bus remains the closest. A 'Vcub stop" is also very nearly for travelers wishing to visit Bordeaux by bike!
