La maison permet à deux couples avec enfants d'avoir leur intimité à chaque étage.
La partie nuit du rez de chaussée comprend trois chambres indépendantes (un lit double 160, deux lits simples), une salle de bain avec baignoire et un wc indépendant.
Possibilité d'avoir un lit double en ouvrant le lit banquette de la deuxième chambre au rez de chaussée.
Une cafetière nespresso, une cafetière filtre programmable, une bouilloire, un micro-ondes, un robot sont à disposition dans la cuisine.
